CAMEALEON commissioned Key Aid Consulting to undertake a study to examine the operational VfM of WFP’s MPC implemented 2017-2019, specifically its delivery processes for targeting, enrolment, card distribution and validation, and provide recommendations for WFP and its donors on how to maximise the impact of the money spent during the remainder of the MPC programme. The primary research question is: To what extent does the way WFP delivers MPC assistance contribute to VfM across the programme cycle?

As part of the study, CAMEALEON produced two infographics on: 1) the annual costs for a Syrian refugee family to be part of the WFP MPC programme; 2) the WFP MPC prgramme process.

Established in 2017 to support the effectiveness and accountability of social assistance for refugees and host communities in Lebanon.
