Executive Summary
The Disability Inclusion Working Group in Lebanon, launched in November 2025, is a strategic, multi-stakeholder platform designed to integrate disability inclusion into development, humanitarian, and recovery efforts. Co-chaired by the ILO and the Lebanese Union for Persons with Disabilities (LUPD), it brings together 11 UN agencies, the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA), and NGOs to ensure persons with disabilities are involved in decision-making. CAMEALEON was given a designated slot to present the findings and recommendations of the CAMEALEON’s study on ”Making Cash Inclusive: Improving Cash Assistance for People Living with Disabilities in Lebanon”. The presentation was delivered by Dr. Cory Rodgers, who authored the study.
